We returned home back to the UK yesterday, and we used your transfer service for our break away to/from Alicante to Torrevieja last week.

Our driver Nicholas was on time to meet us at Alicante airport. Happy to allow me to have a quick cigarette break. He had 2 baby seats ready and helped load the luggage. Very friendly and helpful.
Andrew responds very quickly on WhatsApp and organised an earlier pick up for us in Benidorm going home. Nicholas was not only on time, he was actually early.
All in all, a stress-free and very reliable transfer service.
I would highly recommend for family groups with kids, buggies, luggage etc. Nicholas has perfect English too.

Private Transfers from Alicante to/from Denia

We recently used Costa Blanca Transfers for a return journey from Alicante Airport to Denia.
Before the driver had even collected us, we were impressed with the booking system and detailed information provided re: collection.
Extremely clear and easy to understand. Someone is at the end of a phone, if needed.
Our group included five adults plus a small child who required a child seat. Nothing was too much trouble and we were reassured that a seat would be included.
We were met on time at the designated meeting point by our lovely driver who took us immediately to our transport.
The friendly driver was professional and chatty throughout the journey and we enjoyed our transfer very much.
Usually we hire a car but, as it was peak school holidays plus we had two children, we decided to be driven and avoid long waits at car hire desks.
It was all so easy and relaxing that we are considering doing this next time as it enabled us to enjoy a few extra hours in the sunshine!
We would not hesitate to recommend Costa Blanca Transfers and we look forward to using their outstanding service again.

Found this company on the internet last October and booked a transfer from Alicante airport to Denia for 10 people on 4/8/2019 - 18/8/2019.
Then went to Benidorm in June 2019, and decided to use the same company (just 2 of us).
Would highly recommend this company met at airport very nice drivers in June and August, smart, helpful and polite, nothing was to much trouble, arrived to pick us up promptly for our return journeys.

Both drivers were very polite and helpful, we were met in the terminal on the way out and dropped right outside on our return journey. Music was played both ways although it was livelier on the drive to the hotel.
The cost was no more than paying for a standard transfer with numerous drop-offs.

First class service, driver was there waiting for us with a clearly written board at the arrivals and a speedy trip to our hotel from the airport in less than a hour, last time we done this trip it took over 3 hours waiting for other flights to land then multiple drop offs on the coach!
Return driver collected us at 5 30 in the morning on time and a hassle free journey.
Both drivers loaded and unloaded all the luggage, could have not have been more helpful and polite.
Nice easy to understand email recieved after booking, clearly telling us the procedure on where to meet the driver, if you need to alter booking contact number etc and all the details

From Alicante Airport to Alfaz del Pi / Albir

Andrew, We have just returned from Villa Salteri in Alfaz. (near Benidorm)
We used your company, and when we arrived at the airport your driver was waiting for us with a cheerful smile. Took us straight to the minibus. I can speak a little Spanish so en-route I was conversing with him. His name is Nino, or thats what it sounded like and he comes from Campello.
On our return this morning he arrived on time (well a few minutes early which suited us) Whilst on the motorway a car ahead of us suddenly stopped but was trying to crawl out of the way. There were cars a the side of us so we couldn't veer out of the way. We all braced ourselves for what was sure to be a head on impact. Nino was so calm and in control and somehow managed to avoid the collision. He then apologised to us as if it was his fault, trust me it wasn't. Then he calmly carried on to the airport.
But for his actions I am a certain that we would have been in a multi pile up with the car and the vehicles behind us.
Please would you pass on our grateful thanks for what surely would have resulted in us ending up in hospital or even worse.
I will be booking with you again and will pass on your company's contact information.

Driver waiting with my name on a card. Very helpful with the luggage and even gave us 5 minutes to have a cigarette.
A real gentleman.
Dropped off right outside the front entrance to our hotel, again helpful with the luggage and explained that where he dropped us off would be the pickup point for our return.
11 days later, there he was, spot on time, same driver and yet again very helpful.
A smooth ride both ways.

From Alicante Airport to Benidorm (Hotel Dynastic).

Made the booking online for a party of 16 "Hens" the booking itself was easy and straightforward.
I received a reply from a gentleman called Andrew within minutes with my confirmation, i was instantly impressed!
I had to make a slight change with the return pick up time.. No problem, Andrew dealt with this straight away, again a reply within minutes!
We were met at Alicante airport by a gentleman holding a card with my name on, all 16 of us were taken to our minibus, only, when we got there it wasn't a minibus, it was one of the large coaches!! beautifully clean and the driver was very helpful in putting the ladies luggage in the hold, nothing was too much trouble.
We paid the coach driver cash there and then, none of this money transferring online carry on when i booked.
Our return coach was a bang on time, the driver a lovely guy, very chatty and pleasant, again all the ladies were helped with their luggage.
The minibus was beautiful like new, the journey was comfortable and both drivers for sure had our safety at heart, that showed without a doubt.
The price was MORE than reasonable, i couldn't believe it! no pick up's or drop off's, just straight there and back.. Lovely!

Alicante to Benidorm (Sol Pelicanos Hotel)

As party of 6 adults we decided a private transfer would be the better option. With Costa Blanca Transfers this couldn't have been easier to sort.
Booked it online and needed some help with the pick up transfer time, Andrew was really helpful and the booking was made. We amended the booking a week later to add another passenger, again, not a problem.
You have a confirmation via email of your booking. You pay the driver on arrival in Alicante. No messing about sending payment electronically.
The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport., my name clearly displayed on their card. Straight into a spotless minibus and off we went. The driver, Julio, was courteous and very friendly.
Arrived in good time.right to our hotel door. We paid him (including the return journey) and got a receipt and confirmed the pick up time for our departure day. He helped us off with the bags.
On the day of departure the driver was there in good time, again, very friendly, he put our bags in the rear and off we went, straight to the airport. Arrived safely and in good time.
CostaBlancaTransfers also have WhatsApp and reply within good time. This would be really handy if you ran into any issues whilst you're away without running up huge phone bills.
Andrew was very helpful and friendly and for 165 € return for 6 passengers (30€ each Inc tip) we will definitely be using these guys again.

Benidorm Minibus Transfers

I would like to say that the transfers March/April 2017 where fault free both ways yet again and as I am in a wheelchair the drivers are all so very helpful in more ways than possible.
They always pack and unpack the tax / minibusi for us and fetch the luggage trolleys and they are all very polite and friendly. All the vehicles are clean and tidy inside and out.
We will continue to use Costa-Blanca-Transfers for as long as we use Alicante Airport.

This year we booked our holiday to Benidorm independently rather than a package. So we had to book transfers and come across Costa-Blanca-Transfers. Well what can I say, you made our experience a pleasant one. We were given instructions on what to do at the airport when we booked. The instructions were spot on, a nice young man was waiting for us with a sign and escorted us to the waiting car. Lovely driver pleasant and talkative. First time we've used a private transfer - usually sit on the coach and wait for the 99th drop off to be ours !
Really easy to book - did it all on line. Driver at airport on arrival, helped with our luggage. We arrived about 9pm, and it was like a party bus going to our hotel - music & disco lights - got us really in the mood to drop our bags & go out partying !! Driver was really friendly to us too.
Pick up back to the airport - driver was early, and again polite & courteous. Beni blues were kicking in so some party music again helped us with the pain of going home !

I wanted to say a very big thank you to your driver Raphael. He picked my party of 8 up from Alicante at approx 13.35 on 26/5 and took us to Hotel Deloix, Benidorm.
Thanks to Raphael's quick thinking and even quicker reactions we very narrowly avoided a collision with the vehicle in front of us. This happened because another vehicle further in front suddenly spun across the carriageway. If Raphael hadn't reacted in the way he did then our short break could have got off to a very different start.
He was wonderful and so apologetic to our party. But he has nothing to apologise for. he is a credit to Costa.Blanca-Transfers and we look forward to using your company the next time we come to Benidorm.

Just come back from Spain and was picked up from Alicante airport, easy to follow instructions where to meet driver, we arrived early so phoned office to let them know (English speaking) and the driver was there when finished call, great service. Very clean and much needed very cold vehicle. Driver really pleasant. On return phoned to see if I could change pick up location. No problem, no extra cost. Arrived early but did not rush us. The bigger vehicle was off the road so arrived in two cars, both very clean and yet again with good air conditioning.
100% would recommend and would not use anyone else if returning to Spain. After using many taxis while there the transfer cost was a good price.
I can not thank you and your team enough for making the transfer and communication stress free.
I have already recommended to the guests at wedding (some have apartments out there).

Just wanted to say thank you for organising our inbound and outbound transfer transport. We were slightly delayed getting out of Alicante airport, instructions very easy to follow and your driver Angel was waiting for us. We had a very awkward luggage trolley which had a mind of its own, Angel kindly took over the driving of it from my friend and he successfully got it to the car. Angel was very professional and was able to communicate with us. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable, a really smooth journey both ways. Angel was very helpful and had a lovely disposition.
We had been up since the early hours of the morning for both journeys so it was reassuring to know our driver was on time and waiting to assist us.

When we arrived at Alicante airport the driver was waiting for us, he helped and loaded the luggage into the car and we set off for Benidorm Hotel Don Pancho. The driver was superb and the drive to Benidorm was quite pleasant. We were picked up on time on our return journey and once again the driver was most helpful. Benidorm Fiesta Transfer from Alicante Airport This being the 1st time booking with Costa Blanca Transfers, I was delighted with the service my group of 5 received. Our driver was waiting at the airport as we walked out, he held a card with my name on. He welcomed us in English even though he was Spanish. We went out of the airport and the vehicle was parked just outside. The 7 seater minibus was very clean and of a luxury standard, the driver confirmed our destination and away we went, during the journey about 40 minutes the driver was chatting to us. We paid the driver and i signed his sheet. Our pick up driver arrived just as expected a few minutes before his due time, a different driver than our drop off but again he spoke to us in English even though he was Spanish, he was helpful and put all the cases in the boot, the vehicle was the same as the drop off and again the driver spoke to us during the journey. I will definitely be using this company again when I require an airport transfer and would recommended them to anyone looking for an airport transfers. The are 1st class and very professional.

Alicante Transfers to Moraira ... August'14.

We're just back from our first visit to Moraira and used Costa Blanca Transfers to carry 6 of us (including an infant and a 9 year old) from Alicante Airport to our villa and back. Just wanted to sing their praises, as the service offered was immaculate. We were sent very clear instructions about where to meet our driver, Angel, and he lived up to his name! He was very prompt, polite and kind and the journey to Moraira was swift and easy. He turned up on the dot to collect us all for our homeward journey and got us to the airport in excellent time to check-in. Communication throughout this transaction was excellent and a change of time, due to BA cancelling a flight, was dealt with immediately. We shall certainly use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Travelled to Benidorm from Cork Ireland 24/06/2014 arrived at Alicante airport 50 minutes late but no need to worry, our driver from Costa-Blanca-Transfers was there to meet us and take us to our apartment’s. On arriving it was after midnight and there was no receptionist there as it closes at 4pm. but our driver made a few phone calls and got somebody to come and let us in. This was our first time in Benidorm and we really appreciate what the driver did for us. On our return journey to the airport on the 08/07/2014 we were picked up in plenty of time for our flight home. We would highly recommend to all.
