Used these guys for car rental from Alicante airport for 4 days and i can't rate them highly enough. The booking process was easy with clear Instructions on how to collect the car on the day via email. When we arrived Caroline was there waiting for us with a clean and relatively new Citroen C3 which was perfect for the 2 of us. Caroline was very polite and friendly and talked us through all the paperwork clearly. No issues at all with the car during our stay, car had sat nav and air con and plenty of space. Car had been cleaned on the inside before we collected which is nice touch and goes along way. We 100% recommend these guys and we will definitely use again, thank you.

Went to Spain with 2 mates back in July this year. As we were a group of young lads (all under 25) we were struggling to find a hire car company that would 1) insure us and 2) not want to hold a big deposit! You guys turned up at the airport as agreed, we paid the cash you wanted and away we went in our little corsa. We had no problem with the hire car what so ever and can only thank you for being so professional. Airport Car Hire.

Quick note of sincere thanks to everyone involved in the provision of a rental car for our recent 2-week holiday.
We were met off the plane at Murcia San Javier and escorted 200 yards to the parked vehicle where the paperwork was quickly completed and payment made. We actually timed the process: 11 minutes from meeting Eddie in Arrivals to us driving out the car park. Judging from the length of the queues at on-airport hire desks it's likely we were halfway down the coastal motorway to Vera Playa by the time those customers managed to collect their vehicles.
The car supplied was bigger than the Chevrolet Matiz (Group A) ordered and immaculate inside. The exterior showed signs of usage but as Eddie said, unfortunately not every hirer is as careful with a rental vehicle as might be hoped. He told us not to bother taking pictures of the car, we were trusted to play fair. He didn't mention any other insurance requirement, didn't attempt to sell up to another policy, and didn't take our credit card details.
In short: we were trusted to look after the car whilst it was in our care, and to bring it back with the tank three quarters full, i.e., the amount in the tank at time of collection.
We used the car for two weeks and in that time found it to be comfortable, dependable, quiet, and with first rate air-con. Though probably three or four years old, its actual mechanical condition was all-round perfect; clearly, the engineers who look after it work to the highest standard.
To summarise then, this was the kind of Spanish car hire experience that used to be, but is -- very obviously -- no longer the case. Too many scams run by too many operators have so seriously damaged the reputation of the sector that nowadays it seems most people would be best advised to bring their attorney along on holiday with them, so unpalatable is the prospect of what might await at a car rental desk.

As we discovered your service from a TripAdvisor forum, I'll update that forum with our 5* experience. I'll also file a review with the moneysavingexpert forum, of which Val & I have been members for many years.
Meantime: sincere thanks again to everyone at CostaBlancaTransfers. The fact that we are Hertz corporate account holders and use Hertz throughout the USA and Europe, yet have not the slightest qualm about recommending Costa-Blanca-Transfers says all that needs to be said about how much we look forward to being repeat customers in the future and how greatly we appreciated the service recently received.

After reading the forums and getting totally put off and confused we finally found Costa-Blanca-Transfers and would very much recommend them.
You book via email. They reply pretty quickly to confirm the details and then you return the email to them to say you have received and accept the confirmation. No deposit, you pay at the airport. Matt met us at the airport, a very friendly and helpful guy. No queues at the desks - he takes you straight to the car and you fill in the paperwork there. Insurance is fully comp, although none of the companies insure the tyres, wheels, windscreen etc so we took out an extra insurance in the UK with Worldwide to cover all this and also to cover the excess in the event of an accident. He was fine about this and unlike some car rental companies didn't push us to take out their extra insurance. The car was clean and although there were a few very minor blemishes, he pointed these out and said he knew about them and not to worry. We did take a few photos just in case, but on return, unlike some companies, there were no problems. Very cheap, very friendly and very simple to use. We would definitely use them again.

Booked with Costa-Blanca-Transfers and they were simple to deal with. 1 weeks hire of a Opel Astra Estate cost me 315 euro. No hidden costs, no insurance scam, no problems. Pick up with fuel and return with the same amount in the tank, no extra charge. Met at arrivals by a rep and walked to airport car park and I was on the road within 10 minutes of arrival. Initially I thought this was expensive for a weeks car hire, but after reading about the problems and scams that other people endured, I think I got a very fair deal. Also they do not require a credit card, so you have peace of mind knowing that you will not have a surprise on your credit card when you get home. Cash payment upon arrival. Highly recommended. We had heard many horror stories about people being overcharged for hire cars, queues at the airport using other perhaps more well known companies where there is only one person manning the desk and having to wait for a long time to get your car. With Andrew and Matt, we have always been met promptly at both Murcia and Alicante airports. The first time the paperwork took a matter of minutes, now it’s probably down to seconds! (We chat for longer than we do business.) Not saying it’s all been plain sailing, but one time when we had a warning light come up, we spoke to Matt and had a replacement car within the hour, delivered to our apartment. Customer service is superb! We don’t even look at using anyone else. Once we book our flights, we book our hire car - simples!

We hired a car from 2nd to 12th September 2015 and were extremely happy with the service we received. On arriving at Alicante Airport we were met by a very pleasant English gentleman called Matt. He took us directly to our car, which had been upgraded at no extra cost. He also gave us directions of how to get to our destination and told us a bit about the area. On returning the car, the drop off was very simple as we just had to leave it in the car park and go. Upon arrival we were met by Matt who was waiting with a board with our names on and taken straight up to the car park where he escorted us to the waiting cars. Even whilst we were sorting out the paper work we were able to load the luggage and get the kids settled into the seats (free car seats to boot!). We booked this car hire last minute and was impressed with the speedy response confirming the price and booking. We were met at the airport and paid for the car hire in cash. No silly deposits taken from credit cards that not everyone has and no hidden extras as experienced with other hire firms. Everything was great and was easy and fast and I would recommend to anyone. Also no charge for a full tank of fuel, just return it full so that you pay for what you use basically. The only negative comments are that the windscreen wipers we later discovered in the rain were not working properly and we couldn't see but we have flagged this and the petrol gauge wasn't quite full when we got it but I did take a snap shot photo just in case so that we could return it as we received it but as it worked out we returned it with more fuel anyway as it was filled on the way back to the airport. I will definitely be using these again and hope that they also operate in other destinations that we travel to in the future.

Got to say having researched car hire in Alicante I was somewhat alarmed at how many horror stories there were, where families have been hit with unexpected added (compulsory) extras. Based on wholly positive feedback I chose to go with Costa-Blanca-Transfers.com and what a tremendous experience throughout. All my reservations were promptly dealt with and the advisor (Andrew) was a pleasure, providing clarity as to what I would and would not require. On arrival at Alicante he was there and took us a short walk to the car and was a valuable source of information. Only one issue, they didn't have a credit card machine so we had to pay cash (fortunately we had this on us but I'm led to believe there's a cash point in the airport). I would like to thank you guys for the hire of your car recently for a week. Your system is very pain free and simple. The car was very nice, clean and comfortable, with one drawback and that was the problem of a flashing engine light during the last day which we had to drive with from Almeria to Alicante, hoping the engine would not seize. I hope you discovered the problem and rectified it OK. Matt a nice friendly person met us at the airport and helped us on our way within minutes. There was no excessive cost for full insurance as some companies charge and the fuel policy is also fair. It is not too difficult to bring the car back with a similar amount in, as when it went out. I have to thank to Costa Blanca Transfers for the car hire at Alicante airport. When I reached the arrivals lounge they were there waiting for me. We go to the car that was parked in the airport parking, and in a few minutes I was driving the car to my destination, only the time to fill the form and pay the rental WITH CASH!! The car was fully equipped, they offered me a group D car at the same price of a group C because was the only car available in Alicante the day I come. At the end of the rental I left the car in the airport car park, where I collect it. It is a very fast and easy way to rent a car, with a reasonable price. I recommend it to everyone, they are very serious and kind and the service is fantastic!

Car Hire Murcia Airport Review.

Had a very easy and pleasant experience using car hire from costa-blanca-transfers.com. Matt who delivered the car was friendly and punctual and even paid for the car park ticket. The little Matiz we hired was small, but suited our needs. .It was also the quickest and smoothest car hire I have known, I have used loads of different car hire firms in Spain but this is the only one I would recommend and definitely will be using again. 5 minutes after picking up our baggage we were driving out of the airport, no queueing at desks or loads of form filling. You pay the price they quoted, that's it, so don't be put off if seems slightly more expensive than other firms. There is nothing else to pay, no fuel rip off or add-ons.. Thanks also Matt for sorting out my mishap with our apartment keys and look forward to using you again in October!

We looked everywhere to hire a car that took debit cards and were within our budget, thank god we found yours, we could not have found a better car hire firm in Spain, nothing was too much trouble. We were met by the most friendly man called Matt, who gave us all the info on driving on the left even directions to our hotel, they even paid the parking at airport. Anyone going to Alicante Spain on holiday please use this firm I promise you will NOT be disappointed. My only complaint is they don't hire their cars out over here in Eastbourne East Sussex as they would be the only car firm I would ever use.

Would just like to email you and thank you for such a brilliant car rental service, made our holiday alot easier. Loved the fact from the minute we landed in alacante everything went so smooth, collected our luggage, walked through the airport and their was a gentleman waiting at the front doors like it was stated on the emails we received. We did the paperwork which took 5 minutes max, he then walked us to our car which was just across the road, gave me the car keys and off we went, oh before that he paid the car park ticket so we could get out! We had the car for a week and it was very economical, the full-tank lasted us a week and we travelled some miles with this, when we came to leave Spain we simply just drove the car to the same destination at alacante we picked it up from, locked the keys in the boot and that was it. What more could you ask for, whilst everyone else was stood in a queue waiting to pick up their car (At least an hours wait, if not more!). We had to extend our stay by a week and there was absolutely no problem in extending our period of rental. For that, we are very grateful. No Credit Card - No Problem with Costa-Blanca-Transfers :)

I thought it was appropriate that I left a message in this section. After having my credit cards stolen 2 days before I was due to fly to Spain and no replacements immediately available for car hire. NONE of the other hire company's were interested, even one we have used half a dozen times. I was relieved when you were able to help by letting me pay with cash. Not only this, but the professional nature of your service and the helpfulness of your representative Matt.

Hire Car Alicante

After being met in arrivals at Alicante Airport. We completed no more than 2 minutes of paperwork, and our car was parked outside the terminal. Last time I hired a car in Alicante, from another very popular company, it took over 2 hours to get going. This time we were in our villa within half of that time. The only way I can say thank you enough is by telling everyone of my experience and by booking with you again when we come over. Again thank you very much.
